The color is that of light straw. This fine white wine has a classic German – Alsatian cool climate presentation. Richly scented spice, peach pit and a dash of citrus aromas and flavors describe this wine perfectly. Though sweet, the acidity this wine possesses still makes for a very firm presentation on the palate. A great thirst quencher when served with sandwiches centered around ham or turkey. Also a very nice match with spicy – hot Thai foods. Our 2010 Gewurztraminer is also very pleasant wine without food.
